Each May right before Mother's Day, the
Mahtomedi Garden Club transforms the picnic shelter at Wedgewood Park
into a rainbow of color. The club sells a variety of annuals and
hanging plants from a local grower priced competitively. Funds raised
by this sale go to pay for garden club programming including our
Sunflower Contest for elementary students, our Community
Beautification Grants, and educational speakers.
